grateful for

- A healthy body (that I don't always treat the way it deserves)
- supportive parents
- having been able to travel
- access to a great education
- fresh air and bike rides on sunny days
- the forgiveness shown to me by others

Today I am grateful that I slept well and woke up feeling refreshed.
I am grateful for the sunny weather, the birds singing outside my window, the beautiful flowers blooming in my neighborhood, and for my strong healthy body that carried me on a 4 mile run.

Today I am grateful for my nice boss at my part-time job, to the girl who complimented me on my shirt when I wasn't feeling confident in how I looked today, and for the free BBQ lunch I went to and spoke with some friendly people.

That is so awesome, Pedro! Congrats!
Today I'm grateful that my body is healthy and strong and that I got to go running with a friendly group of people.
I'm happy that I managed to get some planning done even if I wish I got gotten more actual school work done.
I'm grateful that winter is finally over and that today was a gorgeous day and there are flowers blooming everywhere.

I'm grateful for your grateful postings.

It feels good to feel good and it feels good to know others are feeling good and winning the war against alcohol.

Today I'm grateful that it's Saturday morning and I'm not hungover!
I'm happy that I went out with my friends last night and had fun without feeling the need to get smashed.
I'm a little sad that I had to turn down an offer to go on a brewery tour with my friends today, but grateful for my ability to realize that I am different when it comes to alcohol and would not bounce back from drinking early in the day. It wasn't worth the risk of ruining the rest of my day.
