I am grateful that SR reached out to ask how I'm doing. I am on the slow road to recovery from emotional damage caused by AH. I feel better today than yesterday. My prescription is a combination of prayer, forgiveness, understanding, sharing with my sisters and friends, exercise, yoga, work and church, and the love of my sons. Spring is coming and I look forward to returning to the joy of my gardens and to the ocean. My marriage is working its way slowly to a new normal. Its not what is used to be; I can only hope it will become wonderful again.
