Today I am grateful for
the new crescent moon
the fact that I could get up the hill on my bike
the great views on the way down
the clean cool swim after the ride
the guys who designed and built the road

Today someone called me to tell me my daughter is ok. I lost contact with her four months ago. He said he is trying to get her into rehab as soon as possible. I'm really grateful she is alive and God has sent someone to help her.

Grateful today,
That i am at least making the attempt to get used to the time change, but ugh i am dragging my body with my mind.
Grateful for realistic mindset, grateful that i know what works for me and that is all i am concerned with...and grateful not to spew opinions.
Grateful for renewed interests, good health.
Grateful for toasted bagels and hot super caffeine coffee.
