I am grateful for my 5th consecutive day of sobriety. As it is said "Calm seas don't make skillful sailors" but things are getting better every day.

I am also mostly grateful for this forum and members attached to it.

I am grateful to my higher power who is helping me a lot.

I just wish that this small bumps that are causing me so much itches go away.
