Day 7 Gratitude
- I am grateful for my 20s and everything I did and saw, all the people I met, despite the drinking.
- I am grateful to have made up my mind to enter my 30s sober.
- I am grateful that while I was still working I bought a nice bed and put away some savings.
- I am grateful for the unemployment benefits that I'm receiving.
- I am grateful to have the time and the space to go through this transition properly. It always felt impossible while working. I am grateful that I have the chance to take what is essentially a disability leave to get my life sorted out.
- I am grateful to have this safe space, my "Recovery Room" as I'm thinking of it to myself. I recognize that across the world's population, to be a young woman with her own space where she can shut the door and focus on herself is an incredible, incredible privilege.
- I am grateful to have found this website.
