The gift of being grateful comes easy for me when i am following the suggestions, when i am attending meetings on a regular basis, when i am doing service, when i am clear on who is running the show, when i am sharing with my sponsor or another member of AA honestly. This means if i am begrudgingly having to try and cultivate gratitude i intuitively know there is something i am not doing that i should be doing, SIMPLES Today i am grateful for the simplicity of the suggestions i have heard in AA and the ability to carry them out.
