i hadn't been on the board in quite awhile and the internets police informed me of this when i came by today.
this board is how i quit. and i was in bad shape.
life is as good if not better than it has ever been. no eureka moment. no aha moment. just gradual improvement in every aspect of life.
i thank every person that has been a part of this board. it was a life saver to me and i apologize for not coming around.
