Grateful to have a flashback to when I was a little kid and taking one of those leggs eggs and putting one of my plastic men in it and pretending it was a space ship.

Grateful to remind my mom that when her friends get her to be bitter at me and my siblings for not doing enough for her, that it's important that she tells her friends both sides of the story.

Grateful to prepare myself when I have a meeting this Wednesday with the parents of my son's friend who he's staying with in the Bahamas for Spring Break, that I'm not going to go on the anti-drinking speech and instead focus more on information and happiness for them.

I'm grateful to have made it through the evening though my AV put up a heck of a fight.

I've worked on tomorrow's class and now hubby and I are watching Dowton Abby. Yay.

Thanks SR

Grateful for the amazing meeting I went to tonight-lots of laughs

Grateful that the boy and I seem to be on the same page-I was really touched when he asked for the first time tonight how the meeting was

You must be talking about those shiny silver ones, eh?

I haven't seen Doughton Abbey yet, but am going through Sherlock withdrawal having watched all six movie-length episodes two times each.

Grateful for Hall's Mentho-Lyptus cough drops. SPeaking of laryngitis, I woke up this morning with about half my usual voice. SHould've knocked on wood...

And grateful for a good relationship with my ex. He brought me Thai take-out for lunch.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Grateful that I am trying to not jump to conclusions about my new boss who started today.
Grateful I remembered since I barely slept last night that always makes me a little paranoid.
Grateful to know ahead she will spend alot of time with me tomorrow so I am prepared.
Grateful to help my daughters in laws with info about a health concern.
Grateful I haven't drank although I must say I miss it at night in the winter alone.
Grateful to know that just means I will learn new coping skills.
Grateful to have a Trashy celebrity magazine to destress with instead.

Grateful for cheesy reality shows that let me vent all my snarky comments without actually insulating anyone.

I too am grateful for the first day back at school and feeling like I had it under control (for a change).
I'm grateful I found a way to be patient and a little bit kind to a neice we are supporting but shouldn't be.
I'm very grateful to have stayed out of the pub--though I drove by and looked in.
I'm grateful to have a movie to start that just might keep me at home.
On that count, I'm grateful to be learning to enjoy just staying home and doing nothing.

I'm grateful that I didn't drink today and I didn't contact my ex-fiance even though I miss him terribly. One day at a time!

Grateful that I can see more positive than negative, see more light than dark and that I am grateful for this moment in time. It's been a long time since I've felt those things. Feels like home...
