Grateful for such a simple concept I realized today even though I have been told it a million times. babysitting a 18 month is what it took to finally sink n. granted I still have a lot of work to do on it but I get it now. Got the ah ha moment per-say. Live in every moment deeply and consciously. Enjoy every moment and never take any second for granted. Live in that exact moment cause that is all you have right then and there and you are exactly where you need to be in that exact moment. Feel every emotion that comes with that moment and know as that moment passes that emotion whether it be love, happiness, anger, sadness etc it will pass just as quick as that moment/second does. Take it all in and make that a memory and/or a learning experience no matter how big or small it is. We all have limited time on this planet and one life to live to do it right for Him so make every single milli second last so you can carry over to eternity and be greeted with a smile and have a couple great stories to share
Grateful for feeling at peace at this moment.
Grateful for six solid weeks sober.
Grateful my new boyfriend opened up to me about personal issues in his life thankful for that trust.
Grateful I have no children ;D LOL! Also an ah ha moment followed by a day with a 18 month old LOL. I love him but oh my!!!

Grateful for a heated home during this frigid weather. I worry about those living on the streets.

Grateful to give my mom a visit Sunday morning and that the water pills she's taking by doctor's orders is helping her tremendously with her swollen legs. Her legs below her knees were so swollen before that she couldn't even put her pants on.

Grateful to watch the NFL playoff games with my son.

Grateful I didn't eat junk food this weekend.

Agreed. Seems like the heat is running non-stop, even in Arizona.

Grateful for an extra day of custody with my kids, hooray for Federal holidays!

I am very very very very grateful for my sobriety today! Did I say very? I traded it for a few hours yesterday in a lame attempt to quell emotions. I will choose other ways to do that in the future. It wasn't much of a trade.

I am grateful for 1 full week of sobriety!
I am grateful that hubby still loves me and hasn't given up on me.
And I am truly for SR and all of the wonderful folks who post here.
You all have given me hope that I can fight this addiction and I'm not alone!

Grateful to post here this evening, i've been falling asleep too early
Grateful that i've had 3 days of peace and no stress...(off from work). i'm glad I was able to unplug myself and sleep well the last 2 nights....
I'm grateful that i am healthy and fortunate enough to function like a real grown-up.
I'm grateful that once again, I was kind to Mr. Fandy when he sent me a ridicules email...(i only asked once if he had lost his mind).
I'm grateful to ignore certain statements, here, there and else where.
i am most grateful that i am learning to not let everything bother me.

Reminds me of some of the exchanges I have with the ex. He was working on one of the aquaria here today and left in a sulky huff over me reiterating a boundary I set with him. We can't expect too much from them, though, after all, they're missing half a chromosome... ; )

Patrick, I actually threw the tennis ball outside for Casey a few times today and I think she only fell once.

Grateful I decided, after doing yoga for almost 5 years, to take a 6-week novice yoga class. I have been starting over a lot of things this year and I really enjoyed the first class tonight.

Grateful for the thought that the problems I'm having with my voice are a SIGN that I need to LISTEN!

Love and hugs,
Eddie
