Today. I amn grateful just for being alive!!! My actions of late should dictate otherwise... To have this day to love the people and things around me, to love myself! It is truly a gift, and I am truly grateful!!!

This day plus the many days before this one. All have been gifts that shouldn't be.

I am also grateful to still be here, so many nights lately I thought might be my last.

I'm also grateful for my best friend who let me stay at her place the other night because I didn't trust myself to be alone.

And also, for my darling cat, who curls up on my chest and purrs for hours until I fall asleep, like she knows I'm having trouble those nights.
