...a day off :faint lol

The respite AVRT has given me. Its given me more than the space to think logically; its given me my balls back in so many ways. I feel like I've had a tumour removed and I'm beginning to recognise myself again. I'm beginning to feel like me again, albeit an overworked grumpy me, me no-less.

My friends, every now and then (not often enough) I pause and put myself in their shoes and wonder why and how the hell after a long hard week they want me sat on their sofa geeing up their kids with sweets and glitter and generally disturbing the peace of a day off lol. Amazing, strange people.

Health enough to work - I loathe my current job, but still find myself thanking the cieling numerous times a day that I've got enough mental and physical health to get on with it and leave at the end of each day being able to honestly say, I did my best today, despite how I feel.

Its been a while since I've written a gratitude list. I'll leave it there for now.
