I agree Fandy - it is the little things - dishes done, garbage put out, bills paid on time, teeth brushed before bed. All now done without much effort because we are sober.

I am grateful that I read Morning Gratitude this morning and was reminded how good it is that small chores are no longer "issues" now that I am sober.

I agree about it being the little things that make the difference in our sober lives.....but boy, added together, it's BIG change! I'm grateful to be by personal best, not perfect, just my best

Grateful life is moving forward. Grateful i'm in step, not laying on the side of the road.
Grateful to remember what to do when these black depressive moods come over me, or maybe its just a cold coming on.
I dont feel very grateful this morning, so its important that i connect with people and get off my buttisimo.

I am thankful it is Friday and am looking forward to the weekend. My husband and I are dog sitting for his mom, and so we should have a nice relaxing weekend. (No having to plan how I am going to be around people with alcohol this weekend!) Looking forward to making some yummy lasagna too.

Grateful? - Having a hard time being grateful this week so I am grateful that the difficulties that I have encountered this week are not health issues, not life threatening and not really all that important.
