I'm grateful to still be sober and getting stronger everyday. I'm grateful to be able to exercise again, since some people aren't physically able too, so I will exercise for them too...

Grateful that although I woke up only to fall back to sleep until 4:00 in the afternoon. I missed dealing with my health insurance company until Monday, and since I woke up so late I was in a foul mood. Instead of staying in that mental space, I spent time applying my program and now I'm feeling very positive about the rest of my day.

Grateful to be waking up a couple of hours earlier and feeling vastly better than when I was drinking.

I'm grateful this headache I'm waking up with is not from drinking.

Grateful for a choice of meetings today. In case I get involvesd in work outside and miss the noon meeting I can still catch a good meeting at 7 pm. I'm gateful that there are so many meetings in this area at all times of day. There's even a midnight meeting tonight.

I am grateful that yesterday when people were leaving work, saying "Have a nice weekend!" , for the first time in years I did not feel depressed when they said it.

I have a nice balance of time, with people, and time alone, planned, and I WILL have a nice weekend!

Today I am grateful for having a great night last night. I am also grateful to have enough freelance work to do, and for a busy day with a good mix of fun stuff included in the typical weekend work/cleaning.

I am grateful to be able to sleep in for once. I'm grateful to wake up to the happy faces of my dogs on the bed. I'm grateful that I'm coming up on two and a half years sober! Really grateful for that.

Grateful for my nightmare that forced me to look at the reality of a situation I needed to keep an eye on.
