So grateful to my God for helping me stay sober for 58 days. Grateful that I can show up for my children, friends and parents. Grateful thati have a couple of job interviews tomorrow. Grateful to the people at the meeting tonight...grateful that I am treating myself like I would treat a friend. Grateful that my eating disorder is not kicking my ass...
Grateful that my Dr visit went well today.
Grateful for all the beautiful flowers i bought to plant today, and especially thankful that i felt SO happy in the moment when i bought them!!
And felt so happy driving home with them! And thankful! Smiling ear to ear.
Grateful for that pure essence of joy and for the Grace that delivered it to me.

grateful that my tomato plants, dahlias and cannas seem to be growing too...the rain was good, the mulch is protective and the weeds are gone!
grateful that my work week is over!
grateful that it is cooler outside, (but 75 inside the house, yuck)...if i open the windows i have to remove the cats from the screen
grateful that sleep comes so much easier these days

I'm Grateful that I got through the day with no desire to want a drink. I am grateful for the different information I am finding on the internet on how to change your mindset and how to be positive, and how to not think like a drunk. I am thankful that I seem to be truly turning a corner, I don't know why, and I'm not going to question it, but just accept it and know that my moods will swing up and down and just go with it and accept the fact I can't have any alcohol, and that is okay......way worse things on earth.....I am thankful for this site and others......
