Grateful...that I have the determination to continue to do the next right thing. Grateful that I can love, accept, and respect myself even when I fall short; because I do.

The tiniest bit of sunshine after a crazy weather week in Portland, OR. O.K, who am I kidding? These are bright yellow-grey clouds at best. Operative word being 'bright' however...I'll take it :)

Today I'm grateful that I'm starting to feel grateful for things again. Before that I skipped this section of the forums because I did not feel grateful.

The time and effort that has gone into constructing the bikeways
That I am now feeling more adventurous, and no longer live in fear of death
That I have the energy to surprise myself
That my 21 year old bike can travel without (but soon to be corrected) maintenance
