Grateful it is Sunday day of rest & relaxation. Its funny though since I am not working some days in the week feel like that too. Ugh

good morning gratties

grateful that i wake up each moring eager for the day (not work but thats ok) and feel hopeful, not nauseated. grateful for coffee and breakfast and a walk with the dog.

grateful to look forward towards spring and feel hopeful.

one of the best parts of sobriety is feeling hopeful again, not dreading each day until i could start drinking and blot out my problems.

grateful for coffee this morning...and my head is screwed on straight.
grateful to be logical even if i don't feel it.
grateful to go through the motions...fake it until the make it kicks in later
grateful that i know some days are better than others, it's normal
