This morning I am grateful for the sunshine. I am also grateful for this morning's therapy appointment - the first with a new doctor. It gives me hope to add someone to my network of supportive people.

For Qantas for bringing my baby home
Sale discounts on the stuff I bought today
The helpful ladies at the shop
That I now understand my gutter problem
Movie makers for entertaining us and good actors for bringing the storey to life- all on free to air
That I was able to get up early and spend time with my daughter- all with a clear head and in good humor
That I can get more stuff done

Also grateful for a little extra sleep time this morning! As well as waking up in bed next to my wife, the most priceless thing that I can imagine.

Grateful to have a son to drive me to a very difficult situation I have to handle. Grateful I realized I should not do this unsupervised.

Today I am grateful i was at the airport at 10pm sober and in good humor. Grateful I slept through the night and have a clear head at 6.30am and can think about my administrative issues, without getting resentful.

It sure is WantToHeal, I have remembered that quote since I first seen the movie years ago, Before giving up alcohol I was living the last part of the quote. Not any more tho
