Thanks G for bringing me through yesterday. I did not drink or console myself with an entire package of double-chocolate milano cookies. i turned off the light and got an extra hour of sleep.

thanks for a calm morning with coffee and breakfast instead, organized and grateful it Friday.

you know this work thing problem/schedule has been upsetting me for the last 3 months but i'm slogging through the muddy waters. a little sign of improvement would be appreciated, but maybe i'm not looking in the right spot?
