Fandy: Sometimes (many times for me) I take a small break from a stressor just to stop my stress making thinking.

Grateful for a good working house heater for these chilly mornings.

Morning Grats,

Grateful I have less days where I beat myself up.

Grateful for bagels and strawberry cream cheese.

Grateful for my newly working DVD player.

Have an awesome day all.

good morning grat-packers..those that are here posting and those here in spirit for the day.

grateful that I am up this morning, not taking the big dirt-nap
grateful that it's a new day and there is a new way to work around any problems
grateful that i'm sober, not hungover.
grateful that my brain and common sense have taken over when I'm on auto-pilot.
grateful that I am healthy physically and feeling balanced.
grateful that I have things to do and not wallowing in self-pity and dwelling on the past.
i simply won't allow the good positive feelings i've developed in sobriety to be squashed.

Grateful to wake up feeling good. Grateful that it's not supposed to rain today so might be able to get in a good dog walk. Grateful that Patches wags her tail now when I come home! Grateful for my little tree and how it brightens up the place and lifts my spirits too.

Altho I don't like getting up so early to take dk to work, I'm grateful that I'm not waking up in w/d and shaking like a leaf and feeling horrible. I'm grateful that i'm sober and happy and able to get up early to take her to work. Grateful too for the dogs keeping my spot on the bed warm for me.

Good morning least....more coffee??? i'm on my 2nd cup too.

grateful for the quiet mornings, waking up "reaching for the mouse" ON THE COMPUTER (to clarify sheesh) instead of a drink too....i'm still chuckling.

I so appreciate to wake up every morning and function, not staggar to the bathroom to be sick. I start each morning with a simple prayer instead.

Morning Gratters....popping in to express gratitude for waking up feeling good. It's amazing and I wish it for everyone, especially those who are struggling.

good morning gratties, i hope our regulars are back soon, we miss them and i need them to prop me up too..especially this morning.

grateful to be up and moving, but feel quite craptastic...woke up at 230AM and fell back to sleep about 20 mins. before the alarm went off....ugh. clogged sinuses and headache, but it's nothing caffeine can't fix.

i'm grateful it's just another cold and work stress, not headache, hangover, hurling sick.

I know i can push through the day as needed...without drinking.
