Morning everyone

Grateful this morning to wake up feeling rested - I needed the sleep
Grateful that this is hump day
Grateful for my dog with the sweet face and smile lying beside me
Grateful for the mild weather and the beautiful blue sky yesterday
Grateful to be able to help someone yesterday who really needed it
Grateful for my new calendar
Grateful for the little things (that I now know are really big things)

i agree Sneeze, sometimes the little things are the best, brightest part of a day.

grateful for 6 hours of sleep, it's better than 5 i got yesterday, or the 3-4 i've been running on
grateful for being alive and sober
grateful that I can still laugh, if it's that bad, it's better to laugh at the irony, because it could always be worse....(and it has been).
glad i'm not hungover, hurling and desperately trying to cover my buttisimo
glad my attitude of gratitude will go a lot farther than my previous methods...(thanks G)

no matter what the day brings, i'm getting another chance to live. I hope this day is less stressful...(that day at the beach Sneeze, i'm adding to my beach glass pile)

Grateful for having the morning peace and quiet time to reflect

Grateful for this thread, and all of you!

grateful to spend time in reflection this morning...grateful to know that even though my messy house follows me around like a puppy, I can appreciate having a decent place to live.

my bad

grateful getting 6.5 hours of sleep. it's not what i need, but its better than last week, so i'll make do. i do not feel well physically, but it's not from drinking.
grateful to be up and waiting for Punxsutawny Phil to tell me how the month will go weather-wise. he often disagrees with "Staten Island Chuck".
grateful to be here instead of back in a bottle

Whenever I think of Punxatawny Phil, I think of Bill Murray in Groundhog Day -

Great movie!

So grateful my life no longer rewinds day after day after day ...

Grateful for a great night's sleep.

Grateful that I was tired from exhaustion, not consumption!

Grateful that just like B Murry's character in GH Day, I got many chances to finally be getting this right.

Grateful for having the Law of Attraction working.

Grateful to have found something I can believe in, as untraditional and odd as it might be.

Morning GP - it's Friday!!!

Grateful to have nearly made it through a very hectic week
and grateful for learning that I have a lot of say so in how stressful I let it be.
I can worry and fret and over respond if I want to ...
or I can remember my boundaries and limitations, ask for help, find a friend to laugh about things with, and snuggle with the dog.

Life is good

grateful this morning for Italian Roast coffee with mocha. the extra caffeine is needed....
maybe i'll go look at that Nespresso machine at Macys,???:rotfxko
i'm sooo grateful that i did not give out my address/personal information to Mr. UPS man....my gut was right, the last thing i need is some needy stalker...SHEESH...(you were right Sneeze andi'm done being polite, i gave him 2 chances and i couldn't wait to escape after dinner).

I'm grateful to be ready for my meetings this morning and taking time for my own stuff, not revolving around work. it will make me feel more secure to be organized financially.
