Yep, God came through in the nick of time yesterday, He always does.

Grateful that I will have some time to do more painting this weekend, and hopefully a little R&R time also.

So grateful that I met with the director of our local Mental Health Association about possibly starting a F2F Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous meeting there. It feels good to be taking some initiative.

And grateful for Flight of the Conchords...yes, again. They keep me cheered up.

Nighty-night!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

Grateful for lunch with a room friend from my old hometown yesterday, and that my other room friend from my old hometown came through surgery successfully.

Grateful for better understanding of why I turned to the drink, having the strength to quit and resilience of the human mind, body, and spirit.

(Grateful for MMA fights tonight. )

That's great, G-man!! Keep up the good work.

Grateful for being able to help some Anorexics & Bulimics Anonymous newcomers after the phone meeting today. I'll be sending them our textbook, which is a totally amazing and beautiful work. I'm so glad to share it.

Also grateful for being active and getting outside. I went to a yoga class that ran way over time, then split some wood and planted a bunch of little trees from the Arbor Day Foundation, 13 of them. Of course, I'm pretty tired now, but in a good way.

Grateful I'm finally posting on this wonderful thread! Grateful for the full cupboards/fridge from grocery shopping, the delicious soup I just made and the more delicious snickerdoodles that are about to come out of the oven!! And as always, ever grateful for each sober day.

WELCOME, foodie!! Glad you're here, too. May I have a Snickerdoodle? Please.

Grateful for my little plushy Spencerpuss. He loves to have his face petted. Even his eyes. Funny little critter.

And grateful for getting my week's schoolwork done relatively early this evening. Now I'm about ready for bed...

Hey there bedtime grats,

I am posting pretty late seeing as its 12:20am.

I was watching Charlie Browns Christmas and they mentioned Snickerdoodle and then I come on here and see it again. I love snickers flavored coffee at Starbucks but what in the world is a snickerdoodle?

Night Night & sweet dreams!
