Thanks, newby! I am really excited. I put off leaving the husband for two years because I didn't want to leave that house. I really hope I can move back in. (Fingers crossed.)

Grateful for a nice walk with my friend and my old grey Lab (used to be a black Lab) on a clear blue, climate-changed "winter" day.

And grateful for my powerful vacuum cleaner. Really. The Lab and the 3 cats, but mostly the dog, dirty the rug so fast & so bad and I wanted to do some yoga on it. I don't think I could if the vacuum didn't work so well. A little thing, but it made a big difference today.

Evening Grats,

I too love a good vacum I have one of those dirt devils with a canister so no bags. Between my hair and the cats I break the belt every 3 months or so. Just got it fixed again a few days ago so it is running like a charm.

RZ I love that feeling when you know you have been used by God to help someone hold on to their sobriety its a high unlike any drug I ever used.

I am really trying to worK on my gratitude tonight because I am having serious neighbor issues and I am just so wound up I am ready to come unglued So I need to spend some serious time with my prayer & meditation tonight.

Night Night & sweet dreams

Grateful that the heart can hold so much love, both past and present, and have room for all of it.

TY eddie, feels like a huge step forward.
Grateful to get our backyard under control (cleaned up and cut), ready for a lot more leaves to fall. Very grateful for my computer as well.

grateful that my brain still works logically and rationally. no more hiccuping and hurling stupid, useless garbage.

grateful i can feel calm, not stressed, it's not the end of the worl by any means, it's just a slight shift of the feet going uphill for a few months.

good night gratties.

YW, Scolova. Oh, yes, I'm sure it does because it IS!!

Grateful tonight for tears. I miss my therapist and I keep having this memory of when I had my eighteen year-old cat put to sleep, how she flinched, and now I know why because I was given the same or similar drug and it HURT and I keep thinking how I hurt Patsy and it tears me up.

Grateful to speak momentarily with my favorite staff member from the last ED treatment center I was in out in Reno. Even though I was calling for someone else and we only spoke for a second, it was good to hear her voice and to tell her I am doing well.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Evening Grats,

Sitting around watching Full Throttle Saloon although it has some booze in it I am grateful today that it doesn't bother me, I don't watch it for that I watch it for the wild & wacky bikers.

Then at 10pm my favorite show American Horror is on and that is wild all these ghots running around messing with peeps.

Grateful my life is so simple and a bit zoned out over TV drama instead of my life's drama.

Night Night & Sweet Dreams!!!!

Grateful that I remembered my tree ornaments up in mom's attic. I found a lot of small ones just perfect for this little tree. I'm grateful I gave in to an impulse and bought it. Now I have the holiday happy spirit to brighten my home... and it looks so pretty in the room, all lit and decorated. It's the little things that mean the most sometimes.

Grateful again for this boy here, Jemaine Clement.

And grateful for no trees falling on me when we were riding today. The wind was blowing and it freaked me out. But I'm funny that way...

Love and hugs,
Eddie
