********{Oh Amy So Glad You Are Healing}}}}}}

Had to make a special stop here because it was a very special day for me and my Little Dude Dog. We went to a group dog event in a local park. This is the first dog thing we've done since I started treatment for my anxiety/depression.

It wasn't perfect, but it was beyond joyful to *Feel Calm and Happy and Centered*.

And then! My neighbors brought over their new rescue pup who is the same kind of herding dog as my doggie. They met through the glass screen door. (They can't meet in person until New Dog gets to the vet tomorrow.) MY DOGGIE LIKED HIM.

I know all of you will understand why this is so joyful for me that my dog can be calm and happy because I AM CALM and HAPPY. Recovery rocks.

Newby, can you go ahead and get your cat certified as a legal service animal? Papers that state you need her, that she's theraputic for you. All kinds of vets with PTS are having service dogs and it's doing a world of good for them. Ask your doctor for medical verification of your need for her.

Forgot to say, it was a gorgeous day here. Quite warm and sunny and perfect for a long dog walk. Walked downtown to the ATM and took Jack and Patch. Close to two miles total. Both are a bit overweight and can use the exercise. But it was a nice dog walk and I'm grateful for the good walking weather.

(((Frances))) - Thank you, I am healing, slowly but surely. I'm really, really glad you and the dog had a good day. I like it when our furbabies show how well WE are doing by their behavior

Hugs and prayers,

Amy

Smile iPad games for Cats?

Check this out all you kitty lovers.

iPad Games for Cats from Friskies® - YouTube :rotfxkoare they kidding?

Least I did already but it wasn't my Dr that wrote the letter it was my counselor and the laws were for the Seattle area I couldn't find any for my town? Anyway it worked with my old landlord he charged me &300.00 which I bet he was thinking I would or couldn't pay it. Well guess again buddy I did pay it. And he wrote an amendment to my lease allowing the cat to be able to stay. My fear is with this new landlord none of that will fly and he will see the loopholes in it. Plus I am not on a lease any more I am month to month, so I don't know if it still holds up or not? I know sooner or later he is going to see my kitty in the window as I can't keep her down forever. lol

I got home, earlier, and Elvis found a new place to lay. I consider him my "kitty protector", just in case a purse-snatcher came in my room, but he was so totally happy and content

Hugs and prayers,

Amy

Well I tried to edit the picture to be smaller but it won't let me if someone important that has the powers to be want to shrink the picture about 40% each way it won't spread out the forum. Thanks

(((Vic))) - I've done the same thing...the picture turns out HUGE but I started using photobucket and they're not quite as big. On the other hand, if I try to import a pic from my phone? HUMONGOUS!!

Chance is adorable, no matter what the size

Hugs and prayers,

Amy

Asking for your prayers that I can find Snoopy a loving home where he can be the only dog. I can't keep him and it's tearing me up cause I love him dearly but can't trust him to get along with my little shy Jack.

My prayers were answered. A young lady came tonight to meet him and fell for him like an egg from a tall chicken. I am so grateful that Snoopy will be the only dog in his family and Jack will no longer be afraid in our home.
