Hello,
grateful that my daughter's 16th birthday was celebrated with my bestie AA friends, my son and her daughter. Grateful for my HP who enabled me to not desire a drink tonight and rejoice in His allowing me to see another year with beautiful, healthy children who are trusting me again

Grateful to be hitting the hay after an emotionally exhausting day.
Grateful for good physical health. Prayers for my neighor who needs all the help she can get in her cancer battle.
Grateful the lopidor labrador is responding to antibiotics to treat his ear infection and lyme disease; getting some of his pep back.
Don't know when he got it - he's on the Advantix twelve months out of the year!
Grateful for a good night's sleep and to be helpful to someone tomorrow.
Have a good night, all....

grateful for a call from yang today...
he's in a lot of pain from the tumors,
a few healing prayers for the old yang please
and grateful to be free from self-pity,
dishonest thoughts,
and self-seeking

Prayers for Yang and the people who care about him.
Grateful for a really productive day - makes me happy.
Grateful for a small appointment in the morning and then a day off tomorrow.
Grateful for fall leaves.
Grateful for two more weeks of boating before they bring the lake level down; more chances for fall leaf peeping around the lake.
Grateful I have some clothing and left over roofing materials I can donate to those who lost their homes in the flooding on the other side of the Hudson River.

Nothin' like a lullaby from The King, is there, Carol??
Grateful for making it through one of the toughest days I've had in a while. Made phone calls, went for a walk with my friend, did some meditation/breathing, and stayed real busy, so I didn't act out or even get inspired to do so. Thanks, HP!
And grateful I was able to be there for Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous friend to vent after the phone meeting tonight. I think she just needed to get some stuff of her chest, so I just listened mostly. Glad to be of service, even in such a small way.
love & hugs,
ez

Grateful, I spent part of the day getting ready to go up to Lake Tahoe to get together with a friend during the last official summer weekend of the season. Gosh darn, don't it just beat siting around drinking myself down the toilet, all to heck and back?
Grateful that I am going to the annual Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous retreat tomorrow. I'm so excited!! Canada, here I come.
Also grateful for an incident-free mountain bike ride this morning. No snake bites, poison ivy, or falls. Whoo-hoo...(Of course, I was very careful after my wreck a couple of weeks ago.)
I won't be around over the weekend. Y'all have a good one!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

Have a great time, Eddie. Hope Fitz had a good time as well.
Grateful to have had today off.
Grateful to switch things up and just laze about today.
Really benefits me when I just let myself get quiet for a spell.
Grateful for PBS stations.
