Grateful for realizing my radio has an alarm feature.
Grateful (X2) I seem to have figured out how to set it.

Glad to help my brother blow mom's leaves out of the back yard. Now he only has to do the front yard. Grateful for good dog walking weather.

I'm grateful that today I found this site. I've been drinking my life into the ground and Friday my wife left. I'm grateful that she wants to come back(she's not sure when. We live in Colorado and she drove all night to Minnesota). I'm grateful to start a new sober life.

WELCOME and CONGRATULATIONS, Smeez!! Keep coming back!!

FAndy, getting outside makes a huge difference for me. Good on you for enjoying our lovely November.

Grateful for being able to be supportive on the phone for someone who has frequently been supportive for me. I met her on phone meetings last year and I am really grateful for our friendship.

Also grateful for being able to take it easy today and not stress myself out unnecessarily. I am getting much better at this. I thank Powers Greater for leading me to Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous and to my therapist and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Love and hugs,
Eddie

grateful to have swallowed my pride and remain humble tonight,

over an issue over who the speaker was.

grateful i can pass on the message of not being so rigid,

close-minded, and thick headed to my sponcees.

as it was one of mine and another who it was over.

grateful i would rather be sober,

then right

RZ you sure had your angels watching your back that night!!

Real grateful to have fun yucking it up w/my Dad over the Patriots/Jets game.

Grateful I just got off the phone from one of my sista's in recovery who decided she can drink like a normy. All I can do is pray and not be to judgmental, but I also don't want to condone her drinking.

This disease is so sad on so many levels and sometimes I get so frigging sad

Night Night & Sweet dreams all

Grateful that Jack and Snoopy and I got out for two dog walks today. It was fun to take them for a 'sniff' and to watch them enjoy their walk.

Grateful that rescue friend will be coming down tomorrow with my new/old doggie. She's 13 yrs old and will be spending the rest of her golden years with us. Grateful to be able to help my rescue friend and her rescue dog.

I'm grateful for many things this evening. I'm grateful to have made it through this day sober. I utterly wanted to bag it. I was depressed and confused and I knew I could make those uncomfortable feelings go away by picking up. Somehow I made it.

I'm grateful that I am able to spend time with my husband, my dog, and my horses.

I'm grateful for clean flannel sheets.

But there's this other thing. I'm always grateful for SR, but it occurs to me that I'm grateful really for how SR affirms what I'm trying to do when I get on here.

Thank you SR for your support. Bring on Day Nine.

I am grateful that I am going to bed clean and sober tonight. I am grateful that my parents are here to support me in this. I am grateful for this wonderful website.

Goodnight everyone. Sleep tight and know that there is always someone watching over you.

Grateful to have a spot on the bed for this lonely little Patchie-poo. First day here and doing great. Grateful that all three dogs are getting along well. Grateful for my peaceful little corner of the world.
