Grateful hurricane Irene didn't hit my area as bad as it could of been. Still had some flooding and damage in my county though and the next one over especially.

Prayers out to the states that got hit hard and have massive damage and flooding.

I'm grateful for my body and mind giving it's best during a session at a new hardcore military style fitness Boot Camp. I'd spent so many years pushing my body and mind to the extreme with my alcoholism, I'd forgotten what it's like to push myself to the extreme - in a GOOD way!

(although it's gonna HURT tomorrow)
