Smooches, smooches for the show of happiness for the joy of a new life coming into the world. Last week I helped my friend through saying goodbye to her Mom, and this week, I was able to enjoy the word of a new life coming into the world. Life is good. I'm grateful for life.

Beulah's joyous news and her new role in life
The nearly full moon
Plants generally
That I got some stuff done today and still roasted a chicken for dinner
That things are coming together in a way I would not have dared imagining
All the people who share their knowledge and experience in overcoming addiction

Today I am grateful for so many things, from the bowl of Cheerios with fresh blueberries I had this morning to the breeze coming through my windows. But, most of all I'm grateful for the gift of courage that has been given so many that they give of themselves for the safety of others.
