Grateful that it's Valentine's Day, although we don't have to have a special day to spread some love around, right?

Grateful for a happy and productive day at the dog show...we learned a lot about the market and had fun looking at some of the silly haircuts they give these poor dogs.

Saw some beautiful ridgebacks which made me think 3 big dogs was a good idea...lol.

Grateful I did not bum a smoke off my friend today...just stood next to her and shared the second hand stuff

Grateful I am my own Valentine this year and I got myself a bouquet of irises
xoxo, T

A bouquet of irises - that sounds beautiful, LaF!

Grateful tonight to be taking things in stride a lot better than I used to. I have a crazy upcoming week but I know I can handle it.

Grateful to sit outside in the sun and laugh with my neighbors. Kinda windy but we were just enjoying the warmth - first blush of spring.

Grateful for all of you, and the encouragement and support you give me every day.

Happy Valentine's Day, Grat Pack!

Grateful tonight to have supper done and cleaned up by 5:30

Grateful that I also packed the kid's a nutritious lunch for school tomorrow... usually I wait until the morning -- notice my organization is getting better and better everyday... I love it.

Grateful all the kids homework is completed

Grateful for the school to allow the kids to take meals to heat up in the microwave - 2 minutes is all they get.

Grateful that my kids are really doing great in school

Grateful for my family and that includes all of you.

I'm going to have to second Least's statement above. Grateful that tomorrow is a clean slate, and grateful that right now I have nothing so pressing to do that I can't vegetate in front of the tube for a few hours . . . which is about all I can handle right now.

Grateful AG is vegging. In front of the telly.

Grateful I did my good deed for the day and finally sent a care package to our troops in Afghanistan ...AnySoldier.com

Grateful I took the dogs for a long walk which turned into a run.

Grateful I can run without getting winded after ten steps...gee...I wonder if my lungs are happy not to have to deal with a pack a day anymore

Grateful for the 10 minutes me and the dogs hung out on the beach...listening to the shush of quiet waves and the gossiping geese while the color faded from the sky and the moon rose.

Grateful for Magnolia Bakery Brownies which are almost as good as their lemon poppy seed crack muffins.
Nitey nite all!

I am grateful that I am sober.
I am grateful that I am not craving alcohol.
Deep dark painful feelings have been overtaking me all day. They just kind
of whirl around and settle. They aren't directed at any one thing, kind of
everything. They always come. And I always start craving a drink and
then I drink.

I've sat with them all day and gotten through. I don't crave a drink. That is
a miracle. I am so grateful for that release even if it is just for today, because I can stay sober through tonight.

Thank you SR. I am so grateful.

Welcome to the grat pack, Mtnmagic.

Tonight I'm grateful for an easy day and for earning a bit of money to pay a bill. Paying bills is always a good feeling for me.

Grateful also that all three dogs got a good long dog walk today and enjoyed themselves getting out of the house. I think they get cabin fever too.
