Hey, Kevin! Glad to see you still here after all this time. I have just gotten back to "my" Bedtime Gratitude thread on a pretty regular basis after a long absence. Been struggling with eating disorder stuff over the last several years and am currently in treatment again for that. BUT...still clean from the alcohol and other drugs! 8 & 1/2 years! Hope you are the same!!

Hey, Patrick & Reubena!! That "no expectations" thing comes from one of my favorite sayings in recovery: "Expectations are premeditated resentments." Too bad I have so much trouble remembering that. teehee.
