Today I'm grateful it's my counseling appt day with The World's Best Addiction Counselor. I've spoken a few times to the director of the agency she works for, asking them to never let her go!! She's worth her weight in gold. She's in recovery herself for a substance so her insight is hard-won and worth consideration.

I am grateful that I don't have to be anxious about how I am going to get out in the snowstorm to buy more booze! Been there...done that.....and it was scary! I will just relax in my warm home and watch the snow fall.
