Morning Gratitude-Part 17
- Grateful to be awake, alert, and sober so early in the morning
- Grateful to have 4 years sober today, and grateful that I spent last night looking at the past but not staring at it
- Grateful to help some family later this week just by showing up
- Grateful that although I'll be on the other side of the country, all I'll have to do is go to a meeting to feel at home
- Grateful for freedom from all that anxiety and loneliness I had when I was drinking
Happy Birthday Lucky..... on your 4 yrs today....
I have 25 yrs today and for this I am grateful...
Grateful for the friends I have here in SR........
Grateful for the New Year and all the changes I have started to make....

Happy four years sober, LD!
I'm grateful for a good sleep and waking up feeling good. Grateful to start my second year sober!! Grateful that I no longer hate myself. Grateful for my life these days, it's so rewarding and happy.

Great work lucky, expenguin and findingt... congratulations.
Grateful to wake up on this New Year's Eve without a hangover and the desire to still remain sober.
Grateful to have had great friends over last night and no drinking was involved, make it easier for me. Grateful everyone still had a wonderful time without liquor.
Grateful for 2011 and all I have to look forward to.

Good morning Lovies!
Today I am thankful for:
You
29 days sober
One last day to drive for at least a year
The funds and ability to do some major grocery shopping before I have to start asking for rides.
My beautiful children who will be coming home from Grandma's tomorrow
Hope everyone has an awesome, blessed new year!!

Way to go Art! 8 months is awesome . Holidays were ok for me this year, prob. because we had a stomach bug and quarantined ourselves

Grateful for this forum, and this morning, for jasmine green tea, a warm blanket, and for my body, which is recovering from my surgery and getting stronger each day!
Here's to a great year!
