Grateful to be able to shower on my own one week post-surgery. Grateful that my condition and pain can be helped by the surgery. SO grateful for the best family who lifted my spirits on Xmas. Grateful for my husband, who is a huge support system. And grateful for my cat, who has been glued to my side since I came home from the hospital, purring up a storm. Grateful for this forum!
Good morning everyone
Grateful this morning for a warm house, a computer, and internet connection
Also for a cup of fresh, hot coffee and discovering that the store brand of Starbuck's Breakfast Blend is just as good
Hope everyone who is in the blizzard's path is safe and warm

Fandy - to make bullets - when you're in the response window, type out your "list". Then highlight the list with your cursor, and click the bullets button at the top of the response window. It's right under "sizes".
Today I am grateful
Today I am grateful
- For another short work week
- A good job with health insurance
- 26 days sober!!!
Congratulations Sneezy! Job well done!
Today, I'm grateful that my fever finally broke.
I'm grateful for premium cable tv. (Tons of movies to watch while I'm camped out on the couch.)
I'm grateful that I can feel the weight of long term depression lifting off my shoulders.
I'm grateful for each day I wake up sober.

This morning's list for me:
- Grateful to get back to work and back into the routine- it's very important to me
- Grateful that it's sunny out today and some of the snow is melting
- Grateful that my hairvut came out ok (I got clippers for Christmas so I can cut it myself to save money)
- Grateful I have a noon meeting to go to
- Grateful for an understanding family
Welcome JLW42 and great to see you FFC!
Grateful for a day that is rather planned but not edged in stone, routine to a certain extent is needed today, it helps me stay focused on my mission.
Grateful for the mild temperatures we are having, makes outside errands a lot more pleasant, but the kids will go out and play today... and quiet time for me.

I think it is very brave to cut your own hair....again, this should only be done in sobriety.
- grateful that some of the snow is melting...(we are at 34 degrees) the sun is out.
- grateful it is quiet and mellow at work...I have so much to do, i will probably work the holiday, but that's OK.
- workroutine is important for me....it staves off the depression and pays the bills.
