grateful for my tasty cherry tomatoes that i mixed into my salad for lunch!

grateful to wake up clear-minded and sober this morning.

grateful that my hairspray seems to be working in 95% humidity.

Grateful to have an appt with my vet tomorrow morning. Grateful to give my worries about my little diabetic dog over to God. Grateful that he seems to be alright at the moment...

Grateful for safety reminders (how to tell if someone is drowning specifically, it's not like in the movies/tv). Grateful for properly fitted (ie. snug) lifejackets. Grateful for lifeguards! Grateful I can be aware of this stuff now that I am not a totally self-absorbed wino.

so grateful to be sober and not depressed...grateful for 7 full hours of restful sleep! real sleep complete with silly dreams.

I too am grateful that my sober attitude is a thousand times better and more positive than my old bleak outlook on life. Grateful to wake up sober and eager to start a new day. Grateful to wake up feeling good and grateful that waking up feeling good is the new normal for me now.
