grateful for my friends at SR...truthfully if it weren't for all of you and your kindnesses, help and humor...befriending me since February.....i would be in a very different place and it would not be a good place...i look and feel so much better and people notice too.

grateful sleeping like a normal person and i think i am grateful for being able to remember my dreams...even though they are not happy and pleasant, I REMEMBER them, which is a good sign my brain is working! no one ever died from nightmares, but being unconscious and passing out is a different matter.

grateful that this is the last round of critical care exams for 4 weeks...I am flying solo at work and it ain't easy to be in 2 places at once!

grateful that the temps are still "cooler", until my AC/furnace can be replaced (and paid for).

and of course, greatful for dark hazelnut coffee to get me moving.
