Thank you God for all that you have given me - friends, family, my sobriety, my life. Yesterday I was sitting at a stoplight listening to an old Joni Mitchell song from my youth and realized that I am happy! It is the best feeling in the world, to feel content and at peace with my life. I know there are always rough spots up ahead, that's part of it. But to be able to enjoy the moment that you have given me is a true blessing.
