Grateful for another Sober Day and grateful to be physically tired so I will sleep.

I see that A&E is launching another new seriesnext month called "Addiction"...one line that caught my ear was....:"I don't know what it is like to feel SOBER"...

grateful that I do know what it feels like to be sober now...looking forward to my next *milestone* which for me is 2 weeks.

Grateful I can go to bed early if I want to! (Sleeping is my favorite hobby.) Grateful I have a comfortable bed in a warm house with two dogs to snuggle with.

About 6 weeks ago, but pssst, humble service means not being recognized. Shhhhhh ( I mod the Mental Health forums )

Grateful for a productive weekend, and lots of time spent with brothers from the church.

Grateful for feeling tired after a long day.

Will be massaging my foot before sleep, itīs so relaxing. Learned it in the Far East. You should try it, it really works.

Did the AA lines tonight. Loved it.

Grateful to have a program of recovery.

Received some terrible news last weekend, regarding something horrific that happened to a friend.

Getting lost in the shock, anger, and outrage won't fix it. Drinking won't fix it. Nothing will fix it.

"I can stay sober through it" is selfish and hardly consolatory ... I am floored.

Thai massage, 2500 years old tradition. I combine it with Japanese massage and work on pressure points on my feets up to my knees

When I was in Bangkok, I was given a bath with rose petals for 40 minutes and then my foot was massaged. Delightfool!

You can check Youtube and learn it.
