I am grateful to be healthy today. Two arms, two legs, no pains to speak of, no infirmity. I am grateful to have driven myself to work, be employed in honest work and paid for it. I am grateful to be able to care for myself, to be ambulatory, and able to venture anywhere I want to go. I am grateful to be more than 24 hours off of cigarettes. I am grateful to be able to accept the things I cannot change. I cannot change my cravings for cigarettes, but I can accept the cravings.
