Grateful for a new, clean fridge! (And thankful how to spell it.)

Rusty, your aunt has class. Frigidaire/ frigorifero rocks.

Grateful for the food I bought today.

Grateful for having a roof over my head and warm clothes.

Grateful for the off-season grapes I got today.

Grateful for an absolutely perfect holiday season, in spite of the economy. My problems and issues are pretty small and insignificant, it's good to know that.

Astro, thanks for reminding me that I do have a wonderful holiday season despite the economy.

Rusty, I´m happy for your aunt. I´m sure she´s proud of her nephew. I had an aunt like that in Le midi, the South of France. She loved to cook and tought me all these wonderful recipes.

Grateful for letting go of something and not dwelling on the outcome.

Grateful for an old Lou Reed song a friend sent to me.

Grateful to see my little angela sing in the school play today.

Grateful that we'll be having a small company Christmas party today. It should be interesting, our little company of 6 people has gone through a lot of turmoil this year.

I think you're right Bee, but with most of the employees wanting to mutiny against the owner, there might be a tar & feather party instead

I've been doing a mental gratitude list at least a few times a day, no surprise that I feel incredibly rich and blessed with the gifts of a life in recovery.

It´s true, Astro. Being grateful is one of the keys, it makes life richer. Thanks

The tune, Rusty, is Walk on the Wild Side.
It makes me think of New York, one of my favorite cities in the world, and there were photos and videos with the song that reminded me of my favorite places.

I´m grateful for my dreams of travel.

Grateful to the doctor who phoned me tonight to tell me I had Iron deficiency and offers treatment immediately on the new year.

Grateful for getting paid some of my salary today.

Grateful for being here.

Party's over, we kept it light & polite and had some laughs. In years past, we'd stay at a resort and have dinner at a gourmet restaurant. The pizza today was perfect, I'm grateful for the meal.

The employees decided last month that instead of exchanging names and buying gifts we'd draw names and make a gift for less than $10. I made some "rustic western" jewelry boxes for our accountant, she loved them. The guy who drew my name made me a workstand for my paintball markers, we play paintball together sometimes.

So far the boss hasn't given us anything for Christmas, so we're keeping the tar warm and a feather pillow handy

Glad there was no tar or feathers, lol.

Believe, you´re lucky. New York is a bit like the way Paris was in my youth, buzzing with energy, people from all over the world, each street corner telling a story. I love it and can´t get enough of it.
