Hi guys.

Kev, Sydney's ok. Lots of tinsel n Christmas lights n drunken festivities. About usual for this time of year..well, it's just usual, Christmas makes it all a bit more glittery.

Today I'm grateful for the speaker at this mornings meeting, who is just so comfortable being himself...that he gave a lot of us hope that one day we will be too.

I am grateful for it all. The annoying things give me a chance to practice virtues, the good things give me cause to rejoice for all the richness in my life today! I am grateful today that I can grow from the disease of alcoholism and not fester with it.
