Grateful for a bit of exercise this morning - ok it was walk a bit run a bit, but I'm getting there!
Grateful that I feel ok about meeting with friends tonight and will enjoy catching up without the need to drink alcohol.

Grateful that the dogs warm up my bed before I get in it. A nice treat in the winter is getting into a warm bed.
