Grateful for the patience I have each day....

Grateful to just have my recovery....

Grateful for clothing to put on.

Grateful for a car to get around.

Grateful for medicine in the cupboard.

Very, very grateful for all my needs being seen to.

grateful I am told about honesty in everything need to be honest/talk about my difficulties getting going each day and re-commit to getting up early and doing teh best I can for the day

Grateful I went to a meeting last night, even though it means I am at work at 4am.
Grateful for my alanon friends and the topic of 'attitude' and 'patience'.
Grateful that I am letting my HP be a bigger part of my day, to trust and to be my friend.
