Day 111
I am grateful that I founf the courage to admit that I am powerless over my addiction. I am grateful for the followship that I have, The meetings,My Higher Power, My sponsor, My Therapist and my support group. I am grateful for the attitude of gratitude that my HP has betowed upon me and the fact that I have the will to carry on in my recovery.
Just for today: I will start the day with an admission of my powerlessness over addiction. I will remind myself that the First Step starts with "we," and know that I never have to be alone with my disease again.

Day 119.
I am grateful for all the miracles that are taking place in my life and for the fact that I am still clean. For the family i have, the love i feel and experience each day and for the fact that i am still growing in my recovery.
Just for today: I have opportunities to share my inner self. I will take advantage of those opportunities and draw closer to those I love.

After not being in these "Rooms"(Forum) for 2 months due to complacency I am happy to be back. I honestly feel discouraged, disheartened, demotivated and i don't care about about anything or anyone right now, I am grateful to be still alive and clean. My HP has been with me in my recovery and i celebrated 6 months of being clean and sober. Though its hard and at times i feel like giving up, I am Thankful that in the midst of my hardship and depression I am able to live to see another day...
Just for today: I will depend on the love and inner strength I draw from the God of my own understanding.

I am grateful for My Sponsor and everyone who cares enough to listen my whining and show genuine care and concern for me...
Just for today: I have a Higher Power who cares for me, no matter what. Knowing that, I will strive to have an attitude of courage today.

I am so grateful and thankful that I did not drink last night. I got the urges, but I ate, I showered, I went to bed early and read. I did not pick up a drink and I am sober today because of that. Phew!
