Very grateful that son has a snow day and then Spring break next week!!

Grateful husband "may" even get a snow day today. They closed the road through the canyon and unless it opens up we can't get to the city. Yeah!!!

Grateful I have time for a short practice run this morning..

guiab 03-28-2009 09:50 AM

Grateful for last night's meeting, tonight's meeting, a little workout, and the knowledge that it is ok to look up and say
"God! Love! Help!"
and it will be heard.
And for real maple syrup.

Already?? I have waited 6 months.. I have never followed directions so carefully in my entire life. I have $200 shoes/inserts ((city)) and the Dr.'s blessing..:c011:

I am so grateful that the run was a HUGE success. I just did three miles with walking and stretching. I feel when I am running the same sense of ease and comfort I felt sitting on a barstool. I could not stop grinning and nothing else mattered. If I could carry that same sense of well being into the real world my life would be magic..

((kevin)) How did the house selling go?
((city)) :Val004:
((joe)) Your days are fabulous.. How does it feel?:You_Rock_

Six months have passed already? WOW !!

Laura, I'm really happy your able to run and walk without pain, and enjoy the outdoors.:)

My clean days feel good, I'm hitting 6 NA meetings a week and one AA meeting. I have to go to that many meetings because I need daily support, real bad.

I'm doing better, mentally and physically ( almost 2 weeks with no liver pain) and I'm not giving my mind time to dwell on - end of the world stuff and wanting to die.

I can take my 30 day tag this tuesday, but I think I'll take it on saturday (home group).

I'm grateful that I'm not shoving hundreds of pills down my doughnut hole, causing pain, going no where and doing nothing anymore.

..Joe

P.S .. I like the new pic in your avatar, Laura. :)
