Today I am grateful for:
1. Life and all the adventures.
2. God.
3. My Family.
4. My health.
5. A roof over my head.
6. Celebrating 85 months with a cigarette.
7. My sobriety.
8. My pets.
9. The rain, even though people don't want it, we need it.
10. My bicycle that I ride back and forth to work with.
11. Getting serious about working out.
12. Being 50 pounds lighter than I was on June 9 of this year.
13. Having a good, sound support system everywhere.
14. Not taking myself so seriously today.
15. Being able admit when I am wrong and correct it.
16. Having one more day of work and then three days off before my 7 day stretch.
17. Getting to my chiropractor the other day, even though I am sore today.
18. A warm bed to sleep in

1. A day off from work to get some stuff done around the house.
2. Being clean and sober and smoke free.
3. Life.
4. My Higher Power.
5. Being able to make breakfast for my teenage son today.
6. My family.
7. My pets.
8. Being able to stay focused on a project I have long been putting off.
9. My health.
10. My job.
11. Good people in my life.
12. Love.

Today I am grateful for:
1. My Higher Power.
2. A great A.A. Big Book meeting I went back to last night after a long time being away from it.
3. My husband and my 21st wedding anniversary.
4. My husband and son.
5. My brother offering to take us grocery shopping today.
6. The beautiful, crisp Fall day and the beautiful sunrise over Lake Superior.
7. That I have lost 54 pounds as of this date.
8. My pets and their unconditional love.
9. That I have had 3 days off counting today.
10. That I have a job to go back to tomorrow, some are not as fortunate.
11. Good food to eat.
12. That my son is growing up to be a good young man.
13. That my insides are beginning to match my outsides again.
14. Love in all its forms.
15. Sobriety and being nicotine free.
1. My Higher Power.

Today I am grateful for:
1. Knowing that this site is always here, and when I forget to post, I can always come back later.
2. My life, my sobriety, being smoke free and getting healthier.
3. My family and my pets.
4. Being able to go to my 96 year old Aunt Harriet's funeral and pay my respects and see family I had not seen for a long time this past Tuesday.
5. Feeling good today after working 7 days in a row and can go work out.
6. My Higher Power.
7. The people at my home A.A. group.
8. My home, the heat in it, and the food in my refrigerator.
9. Love, in its many forms.
10. That I still remain teachable after all these years of sobriety and I can remember, ONE DAY AT A TIME.

3. My Higher Power.
4. My husband, son, pets, and the rest of my family.

7. A warm house to come home to.
8. Money in the bank.
9. Love.
10. A nice walk home from my meeting.

1. Waking up early enough to enjoy a new day and all it brings my way.
2. Another sober day, nicotine free day, and another day to do healthy things that bless me and hopefully others.
3. My family.
4. My pets.
5. Beautiful Christian music that soothes me, along with all the many other genres I love.
6. Good support.
7. A nice walk this morning and a chance to bicycle late today.
8. A warm home.
9. Peace of mind.
10. Still being able to learn.

Today I am grateful for:
1. Not getting down on myself when I have a relapse with my overeating.
2. Being alive, sober, and healthy.
3. That my husband is having a little better day.
4. My wonderful son, whom I love very, very much.
5. That I have a job to go do even when I don't feel like it once in awhile.
6. The beautiful afternoon. It made my bicycle ride home from work very enjoyable.
7. People who love me and who I love.
8. My pets, as they show unconditional love and are great for my husband when he is depressed due to his eyesight.
9. A warm bed to sleep in tonight and a roof over my head.

2. That God's grace is with me.
3. That I have my husband and son and family in my life.
4. That I was able to listen to an awesome A.A. speaker tape on my bike ride this morning.
5. My health.
6. That our tub is finally draining better.
7. That I get to have some pigs in the blanket tonight as I biked for 1-1/2 hours today.
8. That my son came home safe last night. Something I am always grateful for when he goes out with a friend.
9. My pets.
10. My brother for taking me to the store yesterday.
11. Love in all its forms.
12. A.A. and all the 12 steps and 12 traditions.

3. Good Christian Workout music...never thought I would like it.
4. My husband, son, brothers and sister-in-law.
5. Being able to visit my neighbor who had double knee surgery yesterday.
6. For being able to take the bus to work today and read a good book.
7. For my pets.
8. For life in all it's forms and ups and downs.
9. For meeting another 100 year old woman at the physical rehab facility my neighbor is staying at yesteray.
10. My husband being able to do crossword puzzles and it relaxes him.
11. Each day I see my son's smile.
12. Last, but certainly not least, my sobriety, smoke free status, Alcoholics Anonymous and losing weight.
1. Being able to work and earn a living.
