Grateful that sobriety has opened the door (at least a crack) to let wisdom into my life. Grateful that I am a farmer cause I need to feel connected to the earth right now.
Grateful to live in a place where nature is all around me...the sunrise and sunset is concrete, amazing, soothing.
Grateful that I have learned some about the difference between sanity and insanity.

Grateful I have just been "summoned" to my Women's meeting.
They had cancelled it. Then a few got desperate.
While waiting for my ride...
Grateful for a place to live.
A steady income, not a lot..but enough.
Healthy relationships...family, friends, sponsor, God.
A "growing" attitude and outlook on life.
Grateful I am grateful..didn't used to be.

Very grateful to be home. A three hour drive from the city, my kids in the back seat. The highway was very slippery - ice & snow packed. I said a prayer before we left and we made it home safe & sound. It's time for me to say thank you.
Ran into a young friend from AA today. He updated me on himself and a couple of other young people from the group. ALL made it through the holidays sober! These are folks with less than 4 months sobriety! I'm so proud of them.
Grateful for good news!
