Bedtime Gratitude Part 10

I was going to jot down something about Christmas, but the thing that comes to mind in the ~thankfulness department~ is this. I am most thankful that I have friends that are willing to work with me , pray for me, talk to me ,etc , no matter how many times i fall.
I think these folks are, the way they are with me and others, because they know where they came from.
I love you all dearly.

Gratefull for my adopted family that i spent xmas day with today.
GF for my ex, rex who is still very much a huge part of my life an whom im able to show love to with no fear.
GF for his kids an my kids an the fact that we are one big family still!!!

Grateful for SIX years clean!!
And grateful that this stupid year is almost over!!
2008 has truly sucked for us, but I'm still clean through it all. We had to have my husband's border collie, Dusty, whom he'd had since 1994, put to sleep on Monday. I really miss that stinky old f**ker...
Please help me pray that nothing else bad happens soon. I don't know if I could take much more. And meanwhile, y'all enjoy your holidays!!

Grateful 2008 is almost over and the promise of 2009 is upon us.
Grateful for SR and my higher power for seeing me through 7 clean months in 2008. Guess 2008 wasn't too bad and hoping for 12 clean months in 2009.

eddie, sorry to hear about your dog. I really hope 2009 is a much better year for you. Congrats on 6 years clean!
