Grateful for the Sister at my Dad's Parkinson's Clinic who has arranged for me to speak to his Consultant on Thursday; I'm concerned about the symptoms he's now exhibiting and have wanted to speak to this Consultant for some time.

Thanks all I am happy to be here. Sometimes the other rooms are very depressing so its nice to be able to balance it out with this.
I am grateful for my positive attitude today. Today is a good day for me. I feel like I have lots o' energy so hopefully I will get some things accomplished

Woke up early-what's up with that?
Since I'm up I decided to get a bit of gratitude on SR. It's nice to check in with folks all over the country and get some words of encouragement to start my day. I'm meeting with some crazy alcoholics to work on the decorations for our Holiday Party in So Cal. Wish you all could come.
I'm grateful to be of service to my sober community. The truth is I get much more in return. I'm off to my morning meeting and I'm already have that attitude of gratitude! Thanks to all who participate.

Grateful that I have made it to day 2.
And grateful that I have just prepared my families dinner and really enjoyed doing it for the first time in a loooong while instead of doing it begrudgingly
