Just wishing everyone a good night's sleep and grateful that everyone is getting stronger one day at a time. Take good care of yourself.

I really appreciate that, L and Rella! And like I told RZ, I need all the hugs I can get.

Grateful tonight for actually getting almost all the floors dust-mopped. Now if I can just make it a habit.

And grateful for a simple, but satisfying supper of red beans & rice. After talking to my dietician yesterday and telling her I was really sick of eating so much meat, she helped me with some alternative sources of protein.

Have to hit the sack now.
Love and hugs,
Eddie

so grateful for SR and my fellow travelors here.

glad that people really care

glad to be able to care with all my heart for each of you without it scaring the crap out of you!

glad I can continue to work on an increased acceptance/understanding of steps 2 and 3 each day.

gratefull for the buddha nature that I was able to see enough of to make a choice to stay awake and participate in my own life instead of diving into a bottle.

thank you for the courage to honestly say I am in pain without feeling I have to justify or explain all the details...to get love and compassion and acceptance.

to know that this shall fade that it is all just part of a lifetime process that there is not something so wrong with me.

Thank you thank you thank you.

It's nice to meet you Eddie.

We love to have black beans over brown rice mixed with canned diced tomatoes and smothered with chopped fresh cilantro.

Grateful to be safe after Tropical Storm Fay passed by the neighborhood.
Grateful for the Gratituders here!

Eeee, thank you all for the hugs and support!! And I love you, too, L!! Wish I had time right now to thank you each individually, but I really need to get to bed here.

Grateful for realizing just how long it had been since I went to an actual NA meeting and that I needed to go to one ASAP.

And grateful for finally playing Scrabble again after several years of being somewhat phobic and obsessive about it. I tried to not take it too seriously and just play and it went OK.

Good night, folks!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie
