Grateful for a good night's sleep last night.
Grateful my own lil anxiety thing seems a tad bit better today.

Grateful for the chance to help someone, even when they don't take it.
Grateful for my sponsor and her just being her.

grateful i can come home and just go to bed (sometime there are fringe benefits to being single) the part i get into trouble about is when i'm bored.
grateful for sleep -i've woke up before the alarm clock the past 2 days
grateful for the little black kat who helps me with this part (haha)
grateful for the opportunity to give blood today (wish me luck low iron doesn't hold me back)
grateful for the joking spirit a lot of SR'ers have--it makes the journey not as bad at times
grateful for the canada peoples - they celebrated their birthday yesterday

Grateful for the upcoming 4th of July. I am not worried about who will drive so I can drink....Oh how it all revolved around me! I look towards pleasing the young ones...the ones who should have come first all along.

I am grateful that I can act on this knowledge now.

I am grateful that I can become more like the mother I want to be.
