Grateful to be able to watch the cockatoo's this morning from my kitchen window. They're the funniest birds. They come in to the city this time each year to feed.

Grateful the 10km race was so easy this morning 10km in 53 mins without trying, oh yeah and getting throiugh the crowd, there where over 22,000 runners!

after listening to you and Lbad quietly expound the benefits of exercise, I've finally made a decision....I've got a bike, just have to pump up the tires and I'm off for my first ride today.

It didn't happen Lbad. I got all ready to go and it was discovered the brakes weren't connected.

Grateful I didn't have to literally scream down the hill.
